Cheshire East NHS Contact Hub – Support for Families
The Cheshire East NHS Contact Hub provides a single point of contact for parents, carers and young people who need advice or support with their child's health and wellbeing. The service offers access to experienced NHS staff who can provide guidance on a wide range of topics, including emotional wellbeing, behaviour, school readiness, vaccinations, sleep, healthy lifestyles and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The team can also help families access School Nursing services and other local support.
The Contact Hub is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm, and aims to make it easier for families to find the right help when they need it. Parents and carers can contact the team on 0300 123 4058 for advice, information and signposting to appropriate services. Referrals can also be made online.
